Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g plums, pitted
- 125 g brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 200 g rusks with coconut
- 50 g flour
- 100 g butter, liquid
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 ml whipped cream
- Fat for the mold

In a bowl, toss the plums with the sugar and cinnamon. Finely crumble the rusk in a mixer and add the flour. Knead the butter and egg with the rusk crumbs until pea-sized crumbs form. Place the plums in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with the crumbs, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot with a dollop of whipped cream or custard.
