- 120 g applesauce
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 1 small apple
- 3 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

First, toast the oats, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden brown. Let cool. Meanwhile, pour the applesauce into a bowl and top with the yogurt. Wash and core the apple, cut it into small pieces, and spread it over the yogurt. Top with the toasted oatmeal and seed mixture. No need to add sugar.
