Apple cubes with red fruit compote

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp margarine or butter
  • 2 tbsp red currant jelly

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the apple(s) and core them. Then dice them and heat the margarine or butter in a pan. Sauté the apple cubes in the pan and sprinkle the sugar over them. Stir and serve on a plate with red fruit compote.
