Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple, red
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp syrup (orange syrup)
  • 4 cl apple juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 scoop of ice cream (vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the top off the apple and hollow it out. Drizzle with lemon juice and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Blend the pulp and all other ingredients and stuff the apple into the filling.
