like baked apple in dough

Lightly grease 4 ovenproof bowls with a diameter of 10 cm. Peel, halve and core the apples. Divide the apple halves between the bowls and sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixture and add the raisins. For the batter, beat the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy, add the egg and finally stir in the flour and baking powder. Spread the batter evenly over the apples and sprinkle with the almonds. Bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for approx. 25 minutes and serve while still warm. You can prepare the bowls a few hours in advance and then put them in the oven when desired. If I have guests, I put the bowls in the oven during the main course. The timing is usually perfect.
