Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 carrot(s), approx. 10 cm
- 5 tomatoes, dried
- 200 g sour cream or quark
- 10 basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Sauté the carrots and sun-dried tomatoes in salted water. If you prefer tomatoes in oil, you can add them later. Then mix with the remaining ingredients and puree. Let the finished dip cool in the refrigerator, then serve. Tastes great with raw vegetables.
