Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sour cream (or sour cream if possible)
- 2 tbsp horseradish (cream horseradish)
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Sugar or apricot jam
- salt and pepper
- Wasabi paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for grilling, fondue, fish, meat, poultry etc.
Mix the first four ingredients together thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper, and wasabi paste. I like to refine this dip with apricot jam instead of sugar. This gives it a subtle fruity note. The motto here is: Anything goes, nothing is necessary!
