Apple – Elderberry Punch

The perfect apple – elderberry punch recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 liter Apple juice with elderberries
  • 250 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 5 piece Star anise
  • 12 piece Cardamom green
  • Rum
  1. Squeeze oranges, measure the juice and put in a saucepan with the other ingredients. (addition of sugar is not necessary, unless you are very sweet !!!!;)))))
  2. Let the punch simmer openly on a low flame (about 20 minutes).
  3. Fish out the spices
  4. Put the punch in a suitable glass, garnish with a star anise and now …….
  5. but only if you like …… something !! Admit rum … the soul will thank you for it
