Apple – Elderberry Punch

Ingredients
 

  • 1 liter Apple juice with elderberries
  • 250 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 5 piece Star anise
  • 12 piece Cardamom green
  • Rum

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze oranges, measure the juice and put in a saucepan with the other ingredients. (addition of sugar is not necessary, unless you are very sweet !!!!;)))))
  • Let the punch simmer openly on a low flame (about 20 minutes).
  • Fish out the spices
  • Put the punch in a suitable glass, garnish with a star anise and now .......
  • but only if you like ...... something !! Admit rum ... the soul will thank you for it
