Ingredients

  • 2 piece Black tea bags
  • 2 piece Cloves
  • 2 piece Star anise
  • 0,5 piece Apple
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 120 ml Apple juice
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 0,25 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Syrup
  • 2 piece Cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  • Put 1,250 ml of water in a saucepan, hang the tea bags in it, add the cloves, cinnamon and star anise and let everything boil for 6 minutes. Add the apple juice, lemon juice, sugar and syrup and bring to the boil again briefly until the sugar has melted. Cut the apple into thin slices and add to the saucepan. Now the punch can be filled into two glasses and a cinnamon stick is added to each one, that's it.
  • If the punch should also be suitable for children, simply replace the black tea with a winter punch tea or something similar.
