Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

A delicious glass dessert with apples, crispy biscuit pieces, cream and butterscotch sauce.

Core the apples, dice them into small cubes, and toss with the cinnamon, both sugars, and 4 tablespoons of butterscotch sauce. Grease a baking dish and spread the apple mixture into it. Roughly crumble the biscuits, mix with the melted butter, and pour over the apple mixture. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Layer the warm apple mixture with the cream and a little butterscotch sauce in a glass. Garnish the last layer of cream with a little cinnamon, a little butterscotch sauce, and optionally a few biscuit crumbs, and serve immediately.
