Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 3 apples
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 lemon(s)
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 200 g cheese, grated, light
- 125 ml Cremefine for cooking
- 1 tsp mustard, hot
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Chop the apples, pineapple slices, and lettuce into small pieces. Squeeze the lemon and drizzle it over the apples, lettuce, and pineapple. Blend the cheese, Cremefine, mustard, salt, and pineapple juice into a sauce and pour it over the salad.
