Apple jelly with cinnamon and lime

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 1 liter apple juice
  • 4 limes, the juice and the finely chopped peel
  • 4 stalk(s) cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the gelling sugar with the liquid. Add the cinnamon sticks and bring to a boil. After testing for settling, remove the cinnamon sticks and pour the jelly into hot, rinsed jars.
