Apple juice cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • ¼ liter apple juice
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla) without cooking

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, whip the cream to stiff peaks. Pour apple juice into another bowl, add the custard powder, and whisk until stiff peaks form. Then fold in the whipped cream and refrigerate to set.
