with six layers and apple puree

Mix the fat with the sugar and vanilla sugar, add the eggs, and then combine with the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder to form a batter. Divide into six portions and bake the same number of layers at 175°C for 12-15 minutes each. Next, mix the apple puree with the sour cream/crème fraîche and spread it over each layer before assembling them into a tart. Use powdered sugar on top instead of the apple puree filling. The tart tastes best when prepared the day before and allowed to rest.
