Apple Milk Rice

The perfect apple milk rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 l Milk
  • 200 g Rice pudding
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 Apples
  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan, rub the lemon zest and add to the milk with the sugar.
  2. Bring the milk to the boil, stir in the rice and bring to the boil again. Switch back to the low heat and let the rice steep for 20 minutes. Stir again and again.
  3. In the meantime, peel the apples, quarter them, remove the core and cut them into small pieces.
  4. After the 20 minutes add the apple cubes and leave to swell for another 20 minutes, stirring again and again.
  5. If necessary, sweeten again and then distribute between glasses. Serve hot or cold. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
