Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 cups of cream or Cremefine
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 750 ml applesauce
  • 1 ½ pt. ladyfingers (ladyfingers)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff. Place a layer of ladyfingers in a square glass or porcelain bowl, spread a thin layer of applesauce on top, and then spread a layer of whipped cream on top. Continue this process until the bowl is full or all ingredients are used up. Finish with the cream as the final layer. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight before serving. Delicious on hot summer days!
