Apple, Nut & Almond Kernel

The perfect apple, nut & almond kernel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Bun old
  • 500 ml Milk warm
  • 2 Pc. Egg whisked
  • 3 Pc. Kenzo apples
  • 3 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 cl Rum
  • 40 g Peanuts fresh
  • 40 g Roasted cashew nuts
  • 40 g Skinned almonds
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 40 g Raisins
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Cut the rolls into thin slices, place in a baking dish and pour warm milk over them.
  2. Pour the egg some salt over the rolls.
  3. Peel the apples, remove the core, cut into cubes, sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon and cook briefly in a little butter. Well give over to the crowd.
  4. Wash the raisins, drain them over the apples.
  5. Add a little toasted nuts.
