Apple, Nut & Almond Kernel

- 4 Pc. Bun old
- 500 ml Milk warm
- 2 Pc. Egg whisked
- 3 Pc. Kenzo apples
- 3 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 4 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 2 cl Rum
- 40 g Peanuts fresh
- 40 g Roasted cashew nuts
- 40 g Skinned almonds
- 100 g Ground almonds
- 40 g Raisins
- 1 pinch Salt
- Cut the rolls into thin slices, place in a baking dish and pour warm milk over them.
- Pour the egg some salt over the rolls.
