Apple-onion-quark sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark, 40%
  • 150 g yogurt
  • ½ tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp cream
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ½ tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

tastes very good with herring or potato pancakes

Mix the quark with yogurt, mayonnaise, and cream. Peel, quarter, and slice the onion. Peel and finely dice the apple. Add the onion and apple to the quark mixture. Finely chop the dill and add it. Mix everything together. Season to taste with salt, sugar, pepper, and vinegar. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
