Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) apple
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 shot of mineral water
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Butter flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

small, moist pancake with apple

Mix the egg, flour, baking powder, milk, and water to make a runny pancake batter, add a small pinch of salt and a little sugar. Mix a little cinnamon with a little sugar. Arrange the cored apple slice. Add a little oil to the center of a (not too) hot pan and place the apple slice in the pan. Pour the batter over the slice, allowing it to run in a circle to the sides. After frying briefly, fold the sides in toward the apple slice, fry until golden brown, and then turn over. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and sugar and add a knob or two of butter. Frying the apple directly on the pancake makes it beautifully tender and soft. Folding the pancake in makes it slightly thicker, while still being moist on the inside and crispy on the outside.
