  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 4 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

made from sponge cake with very fine cocoa/cinnamon sprinkles

Dice peeled and cored apples and mix with cinnamon and sugar. Cream softened butter with powdered sugar, eggs, and lemon zest until fluffy. Stir in the flour mixed with baking powder and milk. Spread into a prepared 24-inch baking dish. Top with the apples, then sprinkle with the fine crumble topping. Crumble topping: Mix everything with a dough hook, then knead and crumble with your hands. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 35 minutes. Drizzle with lemon glaze. A dollop of whipped cream goes perfectly with the topping. This recipe is also suitable for one baking sheet—in this case, double the quantities.
