Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Almond(s), flakes
  • 4 apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

For the base, knead the butter, 2 eggs, 100g sugar, flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar into a dough. For the topping, combine 200g sugar, 2 eggs, sour cream, cornstarch, and vanilla pudding powder. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Spread the batter into a round springform pan (+ rim) and spread the sliced ​​apples and the mixture made from the above ingredients on top (optionally sprinkle with flaked almonds). Bake at 180°C for about 1 hour. Variation: Use wholemeal flour.
