Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Almond(s), flakes
- 4 apples
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
For the base, knead the butter, 2 eggs, 100g sugar, flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar into a dough. For the topping, combine 200g sugar, 2 eggs, sour cream, cornstarch, and vanilla pudding powder. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Spread the batter into a round springform pan (+ rim) and spread the sliced apples and the mixture made from the above ingredients on top (optionally sprinkle with flaked almonds). Bake at 180°C for about 1 hour. Variation: Use wholemeal flour.
