Apple Pie Quick and Tasty

  • 300 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 kg Apple Breaburn
  • Vanilla flavor
  • Powdered sugar
  1. In the first step, butter and sugar are stirred until a foamy mass is formed, then add the egg, stir in the flour and baking powder and add half a tube of vanilla flavor. The result is a rather crumbly mass (this is intentional). Put about half of the mixture in a baking tin and press. The apples are peeled and cut into small pieces (core removed) and a little lemon juice is poured over the apples. The apples are then placed in the baking pan. Pour the remaining crumbs over the apple pieces and then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Pour some powdered sugar over the cake as soon as it is cool.
