Apple Pie with Marzipan Topping
The perfect apple pie with marzipan topping recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Quark-oil dough
- 200 g Flour
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder

- 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil or sunflower oil

- 125 g Lowfat quark

- 150 g Marzipan paste
- 1 Pr Ground cinnamon

- For the base, knead all the ingredients together, grease a 26 springform pan and put the rolled out dough in it, pulling up a small edge.
