Quark-oil dough

  • 200 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil or sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar - own production or
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 125 g Low fat quark

Covering

  • 1 kg Boskoop apples

molding

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 3 medium Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar - own production or 1 PÄ:
  • 2 tbsp Sugar to taste
  • 150 g Marzipan paste
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon

Decoration

  • Flaked almonds

  • Raisins

Instructions
 

  • For the base, knead all the ingredients together, grease a 26 springform pan and put the rolled out dough in it, pulling up a small edge.
  • Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into quarters. Cover the floor with it. If you want, you can sprinkle a few raisins on top.
  • Put the ingredients for the glaze in a tall mixing bowl (cut the marzipan into small pieces) and mix well with the hand blender, pour over the apples and sprinkle with the almonds.
