Apple Pie with Meringue Topping
The perfect apple pie with meringue topping recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Ground :
- 150 g Flour
- 75 g Food starch
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 150 g Magarine
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Egg yolk
Covering:
- 3 Apples
Meringue topping
- 3 Protein
- 1 pinch Salt
- 175 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- Mix the agarine, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add eggs and stir for another 5 minutes. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cornstarch and mix everything well. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan.
- Peel and core the apples. Then cut into cubes and spread on the dough. Bake the cake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 ° C.
