Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- some lemon juice (to taste)
- 150 g rice pudding
- ¼ liter of milk
- 2 apples (cut into pieces)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cream butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Stir in low-fat quark and lemon juice. Fold in raw rice pudding, milk, and apples. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 1 1/4 hours.
