Apple-sea buckthorn jelly

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml apple juice
  • 250 ml juice (sea buckthorn)
  • 1 kg gelling sugar, 1:1
  • 1 small lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all juices in a saucepan and heat gently. Add the gelling sugar while stirring, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, simmer on medium heat for 4 minutes while stirring. Pour into prepared jars and seal.
