Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g apples or 360 g applesauce
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 250 ml cream (Cremefine for whipping)
  • 4 tsp almonds, sliced
  • Cinnamon
  • some lemon balm

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the apples, core them, and roughly dice them. Place the apples in a saucepan with 1/8 liter of water, sugar, cinnamon stick, and lemon juice and simmer until soft. Let cool. Remove the cinnamon stick and puree the apples with a hand blender. Beat the Cremfine mixture with the whisk attachment of a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold in the applesauce, divide among 4 bowls, and garnish with almonds, cinnamon, and lemon balm.
