Apple sour cream cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g butter or margarine
  • 180 g sugar
  • 2 small eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 460 g flour
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 4 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients, pour half of the dough into a springform pan. Sprinkle the chopped apples over the dough. Whisk together the topping ingredients and pour over the apples. Then cut out shapes from the remaining shortcrust pastry and spread them over the sour cream mixture. Bake for about 40 minutes at 180°C.
