Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 3 g baking powder
  • 120 g sugar
  • 9 g vanilla sugar
  • 120 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 kg apples, sour (e.g. Boskoop)
  • 50 g raisins
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 80 g sugar
  • 9 g vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g butter
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quickly and thoroughly knead the dough ingredients into a shortcrust pastry. Wrap the shortcrust pastry in cling film and refrigerate. For the apple filling, mix together the raisins, sour cream, sugar, and cinnamon. Peel and chop the apples, then fold them into the raisin and sour cream mixture. Press the dough into a greased 26 cm springform pan, forming a rim. Pour in the apple mixture. Knead the crumble ingredients together and spread them over the cake. Bake at 160°C for 60 minutes.
