Apple Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 acidic Apple
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp Chives, cut into rolls
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix the yoghurt with the sour cream and honey well and season well with salt and pepper.
  • Wash the apple, dry it - but don't peel it. Then cut the apple into eighths and remove the stones. Then cut the apple eight into thin slices and add to the sour cream and fold in. Halve the onion and cut into fine strips and also fold into the sour cream.
  • Finally, fold in the herbs and let them steep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and then serve with the herring.
