Cucumber salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large cucumber(s)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp salad herbs, dried
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the cucumber, slice it thinly, and transfer it to a bowl. For the dressing, combine the oil, vinegar, and herbs. Pour over the salad, stir, and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
