with super simple dough

Knead the flour, quark, and margarine into a dough and refrigerate for at least a day (it will keep for up to a week; you don’t have to bake the whole batch at once). For the filling, prepare a vanilla pudding according to the package instructions and mix with grated apples, raisins (to taste), and cinnamon. Carefully fill the thinly rolled out dough, roll it up, and brush with beaten egg yolk. Bake at 175°C for about 20 minutes. Serve warm. I serve it with semi-whipped cream. Dust with powdered sugar.
