Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry, round, or cake dough
- 2 dl cream
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of vanilla sugar
- some hazelnuts, ground
- e.g. apples
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Place the puff pastry in a baking sheet, pierce with a fork, and sprinkle with ground hazelnuts. Peel the apples, cut them into thin slices, and arrange them on the puff pastry. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for about 10 minutes. Mix the cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar and pour over the cake. Bake for about 10 minutes longer. Tip: You can also make this with other fruits, such as plums, apricots, cherries, or rhubarb.
