Apple tart

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g almonds, ground
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 60 ml maple syrup
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some cinnamon
  • 7 small apples
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 ml maple syrup
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

without refined sugar, from a tart tin, approx. 10 pieces

For the pastry, cream butter or margarine and mix with maple syrup and flour. Place the pastry in the freezer to chill thoroughly. In the meantime, thinly slice the apples and prepare the icing. For the icing, whisk the egg and mix with the cream, maple syrup, vanilla pudding powder, Amaretto, and a pinch of cinnamon. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the pastry and line the tart tin with it. If that doesn’t work, you can also simply press it into the tin. Then pour the icing into the pastry-lined tin and arrange the apple slices in a circle from the outside in to form a rose. Bake the tart for 40-45 minutes, let it cool, remove from the tin, and enjoy!
