  1. For the dough, knead the flour, sugar, salt, egg and margarine into a smooth dough and shape into a ball. Then cover in the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Line the bottom of a springform pan (26 cm diameter) with baking paper and roll out the cold dough on top. Form a small edge in the process. Then prick the dough several times with a fork and brush with the apple jelly.
  3. Now peel, quarter and core the apples and spread them on the dough base from the outside in. Then brush with the rest of the margarine and spread the lemon juice on top. Finally sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Then put the whole thing in the preheated oven at 200-225 ° for about 45 minutes.
