Apple tart with crumble

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 70 g cornstarch
  • some milk
  • 400 g apples, sour
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 100 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour with baking powder and cornstarch, fold into the foam and stir everything into a smooth batter with a little milk. Grease a tart tin and pour in the batter. Pull up one edge. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the cores and cut the flesh into thin slices. Drizzle with lemon juice, let it sit briefly and then spread them overlapping on the batter. For the crumble, knead the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour until crumbly. Crumble the batter onto the apples with your fingers. Bake the tart at 180°C for about 50 minutes, then let it cool in the tart tin. Dust with icing sugar before serving. If you like, serve with vanilla sauce or stiffly whipped cream.
