Apple tarte flambée

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 packs of dough (tarte flambée dough)
  • 120 g sour cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 400 g apples
  • possibly cinnamon – sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Place each tarte flambée batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the sour cream with the vanilla sugar and spread it on the tarte flambée. Peel, core, and slice the apples, and spread them on top of the sour cream. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes (depending on the oven’s power). If you want it even sweeter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
