Reinzelten – enough for 16 pieces

Make a dough from flour, eggs, salt, oil, and 5 tablespoons of water and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. In the meantime, peel, eighth, core, and slice the apples. Divide the dough into 16 pieces and roll each piece out into a circle about 2 mm thick. Fill each with a handful of apples. Sprinkle with raisins, sugar, and cinnamon (to taste), roll up, and place in a buttered baking dish. Mix the milk and water and pour over the apple wedges, just enough to cover them. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes on the middle rack. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve.
