Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 75 ml apple juice
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark
  • 750 g apple sauce, bought or homemade
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Cinnamon – sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

without alcohol, without cocoa, with mascarpone

Whisk the mascarpone, quark, milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Line the bottom of a baking dish with the sponge fingers and drizzle with apple juice. Add a layer of applesauce and a layer of the cream. Continue layering the ingredients until all the ingredients are used up. Ensure the last layer is cream. Finally, sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture over the top, if desired. Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours.
