Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g apples, sweet
  • 75 ml apple juice
  • 100 g biscuits (wholemeal)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 20 g sugar
  • n. B. Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel, core, and finely dice the apples. Cover and simmer in a saucepan with the apple juice over low heat for about 8-10 minutes until soft. Let cool. Crumble the biscuits and cocoa powder in a freezer bag. Mix the yogurt with the vanilla sugar and sugar until smooth. Layer the biscuit crumbs, apple compote, and yogurt in 4 tall glasses, alternating layers. Dust with cocoa powder to finish.
