with apricots and cherries

Drain the fruit separately, reserving the juice. Set aside a few apricots and cherries for decoration. Make up the juice with water to 500 ml. Mix some of the juice with 40 g of sugar and cornstarch until smooth. Bring the remaining juice to a boil, stir in the mixed cornstarch, and return to a boil. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Fold in the cherries and let cool. Make a pudding from the milk with pudding powder and 75 g of sugar according to the package instructions. Pour the cherry compote into a large, tall bowl (glass bowl). Spread the hot pudding on top and let cool for about 30 minutes. Then beat the sour cream with the cream and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer until semi-stiff. Spread the apricots on the pudding, then spoon the cream on top. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Decorate with the remaining cherries and apricots as desired.
