Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the dough ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest in a cool place for 30 minutes. Press the dough into a 26 or 28 cm springform pan, pulling up one edge. Peel, core, eighth, and thinly slice the apples, and place them on the dough. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Make a pudding from pudding powder, white wine or apple juice (instead of milk), and sugar. Pour the pudding mixture over the apples. Bake the cake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. Let it cool in the pan. Whip 2 cups of cream until stiff peaks form, pour onto the cooled cake, and smooth the surface. Sprinkle with cocoa and a little cinnamon.
