Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • some honey (acacia honey)
  • 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon

Peel the apples and chop them into small pieces, depending on how large you like them. If you prefer larger pieces, microwave them briefly to soften them. Place the apple pieces in a bowl. Add the natural yogurt and season with cinnamon and honey. If you like, you can mix the yogurt with oatmeal and eat it as muesli for breakfast. Ideal for working people, it’s easy to eat while you’re in the office and will fill you up. You can also make it with other fruits, but it definitely tastes best with apples!
