Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

fast, cheap, tasty, variable

Core the apple and puree or finely grate it. Combine the puree with the yogurt and mix with a pinch of cinnamon and about a tablespoon of sugar. If the apple is sweet or if you add a banana, you’ll need less or no sugar at all. Variations: Finely grate or puree and mix in some oat flakes, a dash of whipped cream, kiwi apples, pears, bananas, raspberries, etc. Just plain apple yogurt tastes delicious too!
