Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar applesauce
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 cake base (3-piece)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 25 minutes

a very delicious cake that will appeal to young and old alike!

Whip one of the two cups of cream until stiff peaks form. Then add the applesauce and gently fold in along with the cinnamon. Divide the mixture between two of the three layers and stack all layers on top of each other. Refrigerate the cake overnight. The next day, whip the second cup of cream until stiff peaks form and spread it over the top and sides of the cake. Finally, decorate the cake with chocolate shavings, if desired.
