Applesauce cake from the tray

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup mineral water
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 jar applesauce
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

without vanilla pudding powder

First: Use a standard coffee cup with a capacity of approximately 140-150 ml as a measuring cup. Combine flour, sugar, oil, mineral water, baking powder, and eggs to make a dough. Spread the dough on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20 minutes. Then let it cool. Spread the applesauce on the cooled base. Whip the cream, mix it with the sour cream, and spread it over the applesauce. Finally, sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
