Applesauce cake with hazelnuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 150 ml sunflower oil
  • 600 g applesauce
  • 300 ml apple juice, cloudy
  • 375 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp orange peel
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 450 g hazelnuts, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

for 10 pieces

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a greased and floured 26 cm springform pan. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 40-50 minutes.
