Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g ladyfingers
- 700 g applesauce
- 250 g quark
- 250 g mascarpone
- 2 tbsp milk
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g cream
- some cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Place the sponge fingers in a baking dish and spread the applesauce on top. Combine the quark, mascarpone, milk, and sugar. Whip the cream until almost stiff and fold in. Spread the quark cream over the applesauce and refrigerate. Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
