Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 2 kg white cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 onions
- 1 jar vinegar
- ½ jar oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 40 minutes
Grate the white cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and onions. Bring the marinade made from vinegar, oil, sugar, and salt to a boil in a saucepan and pour it over the salad while it’s still hot. Cover and shake to combine. The salad is best left to marinate overnight. Great for grilling. It’s easy to prepare ahead of time.
