Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g apricot(s)
- 1 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 150 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- some agave syrup
- some cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp almond flakes, roasted
- 1 apricot wedge
- some lemon balm
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the apricots, halve them, and remove the stones. Cut the flesh into pieces and blend them in a blender with oatmeal, yogurt, and almond milk. Season with agave syrup and cinnamon. Serve the smoothie in a glass, garnished with flaked almonds, apricot slices, and lemon balm.
